Founded in 2019, BRYDGE Sales & Leadership Consulting began with two driving beliefs. The first is that—it’s always the leader. The evidence is clear, in any organization everything that contributes or consumes value ties back to its leadership. The second is that—the root cause of lower employee engagement and trust in organizations today is due to a transient but tenacious decline in standards and expectations.

At the same time, we’ve seen a departure from principle-based sales training and leadership development, in favor of popular approaches and opinion. BRYDGE exists to address these issues. We strive to return to first-principles, reset high standards, build better leaders, develop teams that win, and deliver results.

Sean Atendido founded BRYDGE bringing 25 years of expertise in sales, leadership, and consulting across diverse business sectors, including advertising, sports marketing & licensing, private equity, retail, manufacturing, and life sciences. His personal consulting approach is practical, smart, relevant, simple—and rooted in the belief that it is always the leader.


Tina Marie Doherty is a seasoned sales training and commercial strategy expert with over 25 years of experience in life sciences, specialty biopharma, and sales enablement. She specializes in building high-performance sales teams, launching complex products, and driving revenue growth through customized training and coaching programs.
