Our Mission
Our Founder
Sean founded BRYDGE® to restore integrity in leadership development and training. Over his business career, and twenty plus years in the biopharma industry, he has seen company after company promise the world, but deliver much less. Sean believes in solutions that deliver durable efficacy. His approach is simple - build better leaders, emphasize principles that matter, and develop teams that win.
Durable efficacy? Sean believes when leadership development is done right, it doesn’t have to be re-done. His personal consulting approach is practical, smart, relevant, and simple. But more importantly everything he does at BRYDGE® is anchored in first principles. The things we all know to be true, no matter what the circumstances. The things that flat out work. Sean has a proven track record, practical and credentialed expertise, and a passion for coaching and leadership development. But, beyond all of that he has the applied knowledge to assess organizations, identify opportunities, and maximize effectiveness.
If you are looking for something “new” he can’t help you. If you’re looking for a big name, a celebrity, or a former C-level executive he can’t help you. Sean is a lifelong student and a deep-generalist in coaching and leadership development. Which means the only secret he’s discovered is that there is no secret, only doing the work. That’s where his expertise comes from. His personal knowledge and skill pulled from doing the work in a broad range of domains, leadership positions, and coaching environments. True expertise not Titled expertise (whether those titles are from books or offices in the executive suite).
Sean is a professionally certified coach, author, and accredited sales and leadership trainer. He holds certificates in leadership and sales, and is a licensed partner of multiple foundational leadership programs. Sean earned his BA in Journalism and Masters in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He is a donor to several organizations, an active member of his church and city council, and dedicates his volunteer efforts to youth leadership development. He loves his wife, two daughters, Sooner football, golf, Labrador Retrievers, hunting, fishing, cooking, coffee, and cool old cars!
